The Clarksburg Elementary School is a kindergarten through grade 8 school located in the community of Clarksburg in the rural northwestern corner of the Massachusetts. The school currently has enrolled 198 students with class size averaging 15-18 students. The school is staffed by 12 classroom teachers, in addition to a physical education/health teacher, Title I teacher, special education teacher, music teacher, art teacher and Spanish teacher, an adjustment counselor, school nurse, and a number of experienced teaching assistants.
Students from the Clarksburg Elementary School may continue their education at Drury High School or Charles H. McCann Technical School in North Adams or other high schools in the surrounding area.

Firmly believing in the individual's uniqueness and abilities, and hoping that all students will become life long learners, the staff of the Clarksburg Elementary School strives to make our school a place where all children can and do learn.
